Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers.
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or those in need of hospice care.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments or outings
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or in nursing homes/home care settings is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs
- Knowledge of medical equipment and systems
- Familiarity with hospice care is a plus
- First aid certification is desirable
Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
