We are currently looking for a Sales Support / Export Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at Three Creeks.

As a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our Export department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Austria, Switzerland, and other European countries.


Key Tasks:
Acting as the liaison between customers and the company Communicating with customers via phone and email Ensuring the processing of all delivery orders Completing quotes and orders in accordance with the "order management" process and Altro's pricing structure Placing international sample orders Maintaining customer data in CRM systems Adhering to payment regulations for credit insurance and credit limits; managing credit reports Being the main contact for our field sales representatives Processing credit terms for new customers

Must Have:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common CRM systems Excellent written and spoken English skills Knowledge of export and customs processes Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working Strong
