Position Summary:

Administrates all financial aspects of account's and business billing needs such as reporting, incoming and outgoing payment processing, Assists Finance Manager, Business Analyst with implementation of new projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to integrate into team with shared responsibilities
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Experienced using large ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and detail oriented
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to take initiative
  • Ability to analyze reports, detect discrepancies and resolve root cause
  • Ability to multi task
  • Understand and adapt to streamlined procedures

Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in bookkeeping, banking or finance
  • Experience managing large amount of data accurately and efficiently
  • Experience in trouble shooting and research
  • Familiarity working knowledge with Microsoft related programs

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Cash management of several business lines in multiple SAP clients
  • Reconciles check and ACH bank statements with internal accounting database
  • Handles and troubleshoots any discrepancies across accounting tools
  • Process rebates and adjustments.
  • Transacts credit requests
  • Create and distribute monthly tax files
  • Manages all tax related discrepancies
  • Supports external clients with tax audits
  • Assist Finance Manager with special projects
  • Prepares and delivers accurate, daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations to management and clients within urgent turnaround deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to function in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to sit at a workstation and input data entry for several hours at a time.
