- Provide and update marketing, social media, websites
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends
- Call potential customers, with call lists
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Marketing and customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
