HERE YOU WILL WORK:

For the further development of the team, we are looking for a team assistant for a successful and internationally operating transport and logistics service provider.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

You will work closely with the team and support the department management and colleagues in the operational processing of sea freight export shipments as well as in ongoing administrative tasks.
You will also correspond with other national and international branches to exchange information and pass it on to your team.
In addition, you will enter and update orders in a modern software and participate in order processing, including invoicing.
You will also communicate with customers and provide information on orders, returns, and price changes, as well as handle complaints.
Your responsibilities will also include independently updating reporting, maintaining todo lists, and taking on special tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or office management clerk.
You may have already gained some experience in a similar field.
