Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter/Laborer to join our team.

As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting and general labor duties.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.


Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damages
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
• Assist with general labor duties such as moving materials, cleaning work areas, and organizing supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in painting or general labor preferred
• Knowledge of trim carpentry, masonry, remodeling, or construction estimating is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Proficient in using power tools and basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
