Description

The Nile is seeking an enthusiastic case manager to work with our clients and providers in receiving services and supports through our residential developmental home licensing program.

The case manager will also provide guidance, monitoring, supervision and support to the families/members/caregivers providing and receiving direct services.

Duties include:

Program coordination
Licensing and monitoring
Compliance support for ADH and CDH assigned/approved members

The Nile Health Network Developmental Home Program (DHP) Case Manager roles are:

Licensing Worker
Facility Supervisor
DDD Liaison
Training Facilitator
Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Case Managers to join our team. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to clients in need of assistance.

Operations:

Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized service plans
Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with addiction, behavioral health issues, and crisis situations
Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress towards achieving them
Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients and promote positive change

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred; Master's degree preferred
Previous experience in behavior counseling, social work, workforce development, or related fields is highly desirable
Strong understanding of behavioral health issues and crisis management techniques
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
