    Job Summary

    Join a dynamic solo practice law office focused on immigration law and looking for a skilled Spanish Bilingual Legal Assistant/Receptionist. The ideal candidate should be fully fluent in Spanish, handling tasks like client reception, phone communication, appointment scheduling, client correspondence, basic legal paperwork processing, and general office support. The position offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time roles based on availability. While prior legal secretary/receptionist experience or legal education is a plus, training will be provided. To apply, submit your resume and cover letter.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or similar position preferred
    • Legal Assistant certification or diploma is a plus
    • Knowledge of legal processes, terminology, and court procedures
    • Effective oral and written communication abilities

    • Proficient in research tasks
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and case management tools
    • Capable of multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments
