    Marketing Coordinator


    II

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


    Prioritize and manage workload while working as part of the BD team to get the overall work of the BD Department completed.

    Leads EAC's BD process including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project database development and maintenance.
    Lead the maintenance of marketing materials including resumes, project descriptions, photographs, etc.

    Leads Company Branding and Social media strategy implementationIdentify and represent EAC at key industry events that furthers our BD strategyIdentifies and leads the sourcing and tracking of potential Business Development opportunities in line with the firm's services and geographic objectives.

    Leads Client and company BD Pursuit Meetings and works closely with internal/external marketing and technical/engineering staff to develop successful Responses.

    Leads the development of content for proposals and presentations based on input and guidance from engineers and BD Leaders.


    EXPERIENCE:
    Typically 5 years or more experience in business development or related experience.
    Proficiency with CRM programs and/or achieve proficiency with EAC's CRM within six months of hire date.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; or understanding that basic knowledge and use of these are needed within six months of hire date.


    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field.
