Job Summary:
The Correspondence Specialist is responsible for processing requests for medical information from various internal and external sources. Provides customer service and health information to the requesting party by mail, telephone, fax, and in person.

Keeps abreast of and ensures compliance with current state, federal and hospital regulations regarding release and confidentiality of patient information.

Assists the Risk Manager in court proceedings. Provides general office support and performs other job-related duties as requested.
