About Us
Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates, a member of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, is a multispecialty, primary care practice with more than 65 physicians.
We have several offices across the South Shore and are affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center, and South Shore Hospital.

Our Team
Brigham and Women's Health Care Center in Pembroke is a multi-level facility spanning 30,000 square feet.
Located at 15 Corporate Park Drive, the center includes primary care/family medicine (all ages), obstetrics and gynecology, as well as a multi-specialty clinic (pulmonary, vascular, and urology).

We are seeking a Full-time, 40-hour Practice Assistant to support our Multispecialty clinic onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Dedicated to administrative support, Practice Assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations.
Responsibilities include check in, check out, patient scheduling, collecting balance due and co-payments, completing tasks in Epic in basket and work queues and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments.
Qualifications
We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting Whether you are seeking to gain more experience in the healthcare industry or a proven healthcare professional seeking a new challenge, the Practice Assistant role is the opportunity for you.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 12 years of customer service experience required
- Prior medical office experience preferred
