The Barbarossa Learning Studio offers tutoring, language, and further education courses for children, teenagers, adults, and companies at approximately 200 locations nationwide.

We are currently seeking a Sales and Customer Service Associate (m/f/d) for our learning studio in
Berlin-Wilmersdorf. This position is part-time (4-5 days/12-18 hours per week, afternoons) or a mini-job (2 days/3 hours per week, afternoons).

Your daily tasks:

Conduct sales and consultation meetings
Coordinate lessons (scheduling and selecting teachers, organizing course schedules, coordinating appointments)
Customer service and support
Point of contact for students, teachers, and parents
Office organization

Your qualifications:

Multitalented in sales and organization
Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
Professional experience
Serviceoriented and trustworthy in dealing with students and course participants
Experience with computers and software
