- Gather, determine and develop user requirements from client to understand the concerns, identify the risk.
- Document business requirements, may develop and oversee project plans, oversee and coordinate the development of technical specifications, and help enforce change control procedures.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, quality assurance, business teams and technical support to provide a mix of business and technical direction on systems, design, development, testing and deployment.
- Write user stories for AEM Platform Development.
- Facilitate functional requirements with AEM.
- Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
- Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams.
- Translate client's business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
- Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst on at least 2 AEM projects.
- Current working knowledge as a BA of AEM 6.5 and/or AEM Cloud as a Service.
- Experience writing user stories for AEM Platform Development.
- Experience working with technical teams and clients to address any requirements questions.
- 5+ years of professional business analyst experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and support experience.
- 3+ years consulting industry experience working with external clients.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of iterative development methodologies.
- Skilled ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.
- Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitments.
