The ILS group of companies is a family owned and operated Real Estate centric, Private Lending Company and Private Investment Firm.

We are expanding in several key markets and are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to add to our growing organization of over 50 employees.


Commercial Property Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring that they are wellmaintained, profitable, and meet the needs of tenants or owners.
  • Manage tenant relations, including responding to complaints and requests, and ensuring that lease agreements are enforced.
  • Collect rent payments and other fees, while ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain and service all necessary records and reports related to property management, including onboarding, lease agreements, financial records, and maintenance logs for both commercial and residential properties.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and modifications with tenants.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other service providers to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the property.
  • Collaborate with leasing agents to market available spaces and attract new tenants.
  • Perform data entry and other management tasks using our property management software, YardiBreeze.
  • Conduct lease audits and yearly escrow reconciliation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry regulations affecting commercial real estate.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
  • Collaborate across departments.

Commercial Property Manager Qualifications/Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Oversee departmental team members by providing guidance, training, and ensuring productivity and profitability.
  • Ability to think logically and mathematically.
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability to understand our property management software: Yardi Breeze
  • Analyze and compare data.
  • Understand legal documentation and possess the ability to interpret and communicate its contents.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously producing quality work and within given timeframes.

Education and Experience Requirements:

5+ Years of Commercial Property Management Experience Required.

Driver's License

Reliable Transportation


Compensation:
$52,000.00/year
