Summary of Position:
Provide High Level Customer Service to all clients, implementing our product from kick-off to go-live.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Run Implementations of new clients and annual healthcare carrier/plan changes until golive when our Client Service Teams takes over.
- Evaluates client needs to determine the most effective way to handle implementation process.
- Manage implementation projects.
- Meet with clients on a needed basis.
- Help client with plan issues and finding out of the box solutions.
- Work with client staff and senior leadership on all needs.
- Disseminate information to the team, provide crossteam training on new groups.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with implementation projects before golive.
- Life and Health License
- AHIP Training and Certificate
- 23 years Management Experience in Healthcare.
