West LA Business Management Consulting Firm seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant that is interested in learning and growing their business career, while supporting our client base of exceptional leaders in the fields of Educational Consulting, Diversity and Inclusion, Financial Investing, Entertainment Advertising, Media Consulting, Real Estate Development, General Construction, and Interior Design.

Job Summary:
Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage client/project tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor project task list and make sure nothing time sensitive is overlooked.
  • Organize and maintain the structured efile document management system.
  • Handles office correspondence, sorts, and scans.
  • Downloading and saving bank and credit card statements.
  • Miscellaneous administrative and clerical work as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • 23 years of experience in administrative role supporting.
  • Strong and creative organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
