Job Description:
- The Program Coordinator I, under general supervision, coordinates the planning, development and implementation of The IAEF Guatemala Program. Responsible for coordinating and facilitating all tasks related to IAEFP Guatemala before, during, and after the program. Responsible for recruiting fellows for the program in Guatemala, facilitating the selection of Guatemalan communities, and managing IAEFP fellows placed in Guatemala implement schoolbased agricultural education. This position is required to travel to, live, and work in Guatemala during the duration of the fellowship and hold a valid U.S. Passport

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the IAEFP recruitment process including conduct university visits & recruitment process and host recruitment webinars.
- Plans and implements program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings and workshops.
- May assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events.
- Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings.
- Coordinates program communications and marketing.
- Compiles program statistics.
- May develop and update training materials and deliver training sessions.
- Maintains program records and databases.
- May assists in identifying funding opportunities.
- Plans and implements programs and assists in their evaluation.
- May supervise program staff.
- Other duties as required
- Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of related experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to travel to, live, and work in Guatemala during the duration of the fellowship and hold a valid U.S. Passport
