- Assist in organizing two Scholar (graduate students and post-docs) Recruitment Symposiums (spring and fall) highlighting CINJ research programs and faculty.
- Develop collaborative relationships with local, regional, and national MSI and HBCU to identify potential new trainees for the underserved scholar (graduate students and postdocs) pipeline.
- Work with Faculty Navigators at collaborating institutions to recruit and interact directly with their scholars (graduate students and postdocs) to guide and assist with academic stage appropriate professional career development in collaboration with CINJ CRTEC.
- Support career development opportunities of scholars (graduate students and postdocs) and Early-Stage Investigators (e.g. writing grants and journal articles and communicating science to the lay public and networking).
- Assist in tracking and monitoring outcomes of scholars reached through this program.

Position Pension Eligibility - Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience - Applicants must be a current Rutgers student or recent graduate of a graduate level program.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Effective oral and communication skills.
- Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
