What you should know


The advertised position of HR Specialist is a part-time position, but there is also the option for a full-time employment.

Your responsibilities

  • Processing of all personnel administrative processes from entry to exit
  • Implementation of individual personnel measures, preparation of employment contracts, additional agreements, and employment references
  • Participation in diverse and exciting HR projects as well as active development and design of lean and digital HR processes
  • Point of contact for employees and managers
  • Ensuring auditcompliant process compliance and documentation (IATF)
