The Front Desk is responsible for creating the first and last impressions of the Club experience for the Membership and their guests.

The Receptionist is responsible for the following tasks:


  • Greeting members/guests, answering the telephones, answering inquiries and direct calls and provides the service that members expect.
  • Greet and direct Members and guests to proper areas by name when possible.
  • There will be administrative tasks also asked of this position to fill down time.
  • Be outgoing and friendly, but professional.

Requirements:

This position is Part Time, working 20-30 hours/week, depending upon business needs. We are looking for someone who is available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • One year experience as a Receptionist, Concierge or Customer Service Agent
  • Strong Computer skills required, Microsoft Office, i
e:

Excel, Publishing

  • Good communications skills a must
