Responsibilities:
- Be aware of the titles, calling the Doctors by Dr. (their last name) when speaking with patients.
- Greet patients with a kind smile and a warm welcome.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Answer Telephones.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Handling Insurance.
- Assisting your manager and Doctors whenever needed.
- Document all patient information in accordance with medical office standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of how to work technology
Pay:
From $13.25 per hour
