An NFC Amenity Fitness/Spa Attendant ensures an exceptional experience is provided to all clients and guests.

Our Attendants are responsible for maintaining facility appearance and upholding our 5 Diamond Customer Service Standard while carrying out all the workplace expectations and policies.


Reports To:
Spa/Fitness Director


Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients.
  • Ensures the "5 Diamond Experience" by maintaining the standards set in the NFC Amenity Management Mission Statement.
  • Perform facility walk through every 15 minutes to ensure all equipment is in working order and that area is in an orderly fashion.
  • Completes daily shift reports and any other mandatory report.
  • Responsible for thorough understanding and effective performance of NFC Management Software.
  • Maintain and organizes work area.
  • Responds to all requests and follow through to assure satisfactory outcome.
  • Offers client assistance whenever possible.
  • Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with NFC Amenity Management.
  • Involves cross training into the other areas of operation.
  • Book all spa and personal training appointments in a timely manner.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests using NFC approved terminology.
  • Open and close fitness center facility at the beginning and end of operating hours.
  • Maintain general cleanliness of the exercise areas, fitness equipment, spa and locker rooms
  • Abides to NFC grooming standards
  • Gracefully enforces rules and regulations

Minimum Job Requirements:


  • Must have an outgoing personality
  • Must be hospitality driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests
  • Must be able to follow a work schedule be being on time and dressed in the proper uniform
  • Must possess the ability to multitask
  • Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds

Must have current CPR/AED certifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) & Internet
  • Professional phone skills
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
  • Effective communication skills and engage positively with clients
The pay rate is $17.00 per hour. We are hiring for evening and weekend shifts at this time. Prior experience working in a health club or luxury residential building is a plus.
