Scheduling CoordinatorWe are a 42-year-old privately held and growing company looking for an experienced, successful office worker.
The primary responsibility of our Installation coordinator is to schedule all field installations. The installation Coordinator will work hand in hand with upper management to schedule installations systematically. This is an excellent entry level position for recent grads / recent graduates. This is a permanent full-time position with benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedules subcontractors and ceramic employees for installations.
- Print daily work orders and PO's for subcontractors
- Allocate work distribution to subcontractors
- Coordinates the performance, development, and expectations of independent subcontractors and provide meaningful feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with management to ensure proper allocation of installers
- Foster strong working relationships with installers and focus on retention efforts.
- Reviews install details for each job with the appropriate installer before installation
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school or GED required. Associate is a Plus.
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook required.
- Knowledge of Home Improvement industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish a preferred but not required.
- Ability to work as a team with support departments.

$40, $50,000.00 per year
