Technical Project Manager,
ADM Investor Services, Inc., Chicago, IL.**Schedule development, track timelines, milestones and critical data paths. Assist with scope definition, financial justification, vendor selection including Request for Proposal (RFP) generation, and review. Manage scope, issues and risks to ensure project objectives are met. Gather customer requirements and create high-level component level architecture solutions. Schedule and lead project meetings with appropriate business and Information Technology (IT) personnel. Develop and maintain detailed project plans tracking progress. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Manage multiple projects across various departments, interacting with a range of internal and external resources and stakeholders, provide regular, accurate status reports, maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, and provide project updates and status reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m.***
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and four (4) years of related work experience_.

Must have four (4) years of experience with/in:

  • Project management, with the ability to lead complex projects involving more than one business units, third party vendors, or IT Team;
  • IT functions and their relationship with business requirements and needs;
  • Managing complex portfolio of projects and leading crossfunctional team collaboration;
  • Conducting technical project risk and issue analysis and management;
  • Internal and external resource stakeholder management; and
