As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join us as a
Real Estate Field Assistant.

As a
Real Estate Field Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's operations by ensuring that our listings are presented professionally and efficiently.

Job Function and Responsibilities:

• Drive to various locations to make copies of keys, place lockboxes, pick up checks, etc.
• Order, pickup and place custom for sale signs at our listings (large post signs are placed by our sign vendor)
• Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies.
• Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with the planning and execution of client events.
• Occasionally assist with other fieldrelated tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
