    Investment Banking Analyst - Energy & Power (Renewables)

    in Houston, Texas.


    Job Functions:
    Create, audit and modify complex financial models

    Conduct financial valuations

    Create and maintain industry-specific business development books

    Conduct industry- and company-specific research

    Interact with clients and senior bankers


    Qualifications:
    Minimum one year of work experience in Investment Banking, in an M&A and project finance department of a Renewables Developer, or in a modeling team of a consulting firm

    Previous experience with tax equity financial modeling required

    Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees

    Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

    Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

    Good communicator and listener

    Candidates must be able to handle multiple projects at once and learn quickly
