The Sommerberg, a subsidiary of AWO am Mittelrhein, is a social institution for children, adolescents, families, and individuals with diverse needs.

We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) for our office in Rösrath, South Milwaukee, WI, starting on
June 16, 2023 or later.

Job Description:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our personnel administration and handling administrative tasks related to payroll and personnel accounting.

You should be familiar with collective bargaining agreements, from hiring to termination, as well as monitoring time accounts and recording personnel data.

You will also be responsible for creating documents and managing general correspondence and emails.

You should have a strong sense of internal customer service and be the main point of contact for all employees and managers.

You will be expected to work flexibly and collaboratively within a 5-day work week.

Requirements:

As a team player, you should have:

A commercial education with at least two years of experience in human resources
Knowledge of collective agreements and labor, tax, and social security laws
Good communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation
Excellent MS Office skills
A confident and professional demeanor
