    Description

    Role Overview: As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic promotional plans for special events and manage our social media strategy to increase adoption globally.

    • Type: Contract, 12 months+
    • Hours per week: 40 hours
    • Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)

    Day in the Life:

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans for special events and webinars.
    • Enhance social media presence and rethink the strategy for optimal engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align events and social media with overall initiatives.
    • Expand social media strategy to accelerate the adoption journey intelligently.
    • Analyze marketing efforts' efficiency and effectiveness and optimize campaigns based on insights.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in event promotions and social media management.
    • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Excellent analytical skills to measure and assess marketing efforts' performance and optimize campaigns.
