- Oversee the hiring, development, and mentoring of sales staff
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on key opportunities
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or MA preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years of Sales Leadership experience and 12 years of overall sales experience in the software or related industry
- Proven track record in sales of software solutions and leadership in performance management
- Established contacts and relationships with potential customers
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Experience with sales methodology, sales funnel management, and CRM software, preferably
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Track record of developing talented sales professionals
- Experience interfacing with C-level and senior management
