    Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets in a specified geographic area
    • Build and manage relationships with customers and prospects to drive business opportunities
    • Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with company objectives and annual business plans
    • Oversee the hiring, development, and mentoring of sales staff
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on key opportunities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree; MBA or MA preferred or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 8 years of Sales Leadership experience and 12 years of overall sales experience in the software or related industry
    • Proven track record in sales of software solutions and leadership in performance management
    • Established contacts and relationships with potential customers
    • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with sales methodology, sales funnel management, and CRM software, preferably
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
    • Track record of developing talented sales professionals
    • Experience interfacing with C-level and senior management
