Key Responsibilities
Identify the correct supplier(s).
Manage transportation, and other logistics processes.
Play a key role in purchasing.
Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
Ensure that suppliers comply with our Quality system needs.
Performs other activities or functions, as assigned.
Our Team
Our Company is located in Corona, CA and Belgaum, India. You will collaborate with production, shipping and receiving, and administrative plus external resources. You will work as a member of a team while operating with considerable independence.
We Need Your Experience to Include
Experience in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering, Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles.
Good negotiating skills.
Strong team player.
Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software.
Microsoft office experience.

Understand and mitigate logistical delays.
Innovate and implement change.
Prioritize high-value tasks and focus when results are significant to the team's success.
Communicate, present, and persuade upper management
