SUMMARY: As part of a leading global aviation distribution company, the warehouse employee is responsible for processing and packaging customer orders, receiving incoming shipments, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The warehouse employee works in a team environment to achieve expected goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Selecting and packaging orders
  • Receiving, packaging, and storing materials
  • General understanding of supplier documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Preparing orders for shipment and ensuring all necessary documents are included
  • Shipping orders according to order specifications
  • Ensuring the warehouse and work areas are clean and organized
  • Other tasks as instructed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or similar, no work experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Able to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Class B1 driver's license

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ year of work experience
