Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative in the Service Department is responsible for ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience during their service visits.

This role involves checking in customers for oil changes and maintenance, keeping them informed throughout the service process, and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with the checkin process for oil changes and maintenance services.
  • Accurately input customer and vehicle information into the system.
  • Provide customers with clear and concise explanations of the services being performed.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, updating them on the status of their vehicle and any additional services needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service desk area.
  • Follow up with customers postservice to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining issues.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
