Position Overview**:


In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our agency, greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

You will handle administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, and organizing documents.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a high level of organization.

As our Receptionist/Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in our office and contributing to the overall success of the agency.


Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system for important documents and records.
  • Assisting the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in an office management role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.


Roslyn Bankston - State Farm Agency, located in Scottsdale, AZ (near Fashion Square), has an immediate opening for a Part-Time OR Full-Time Receptionist - State Farm Team Member.

This is NOT a Remote position; you must work inside the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customerfocused, needsbased review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Assist our team and customers with clerical and administrative duties.
