Join our team in Ulm, Germany as (m/f/d) for our Business Area Germany.

Creating fascination:
Your tasks:

  • Leading, developing, and coaching the product training team
  • Adapting online and offline product training materials according to needs and target audience
  • Developing, managing, and implementing the training calendar
  • Conducting uptodate and efficient product trainings
  • Acting as a consultant and brand ambassador at events such as exhibitions and trade fairs
  • Continuously improving the digital learning platform and other sources of knowledge
  • Supporting the rCBM in creating presentation and communication materials

Bringing your strengths:
Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training with relevant additional qualifications and professional experience in sales
  • Experience in the training, education, or didactic field is an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate employees
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills in B2B and B2C environments
  • Team player
  • Analytical and structured way of thinking and working
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Fluent in German and English
