Description

Behavior Technician - Part Time (Evenings)

Duties:

Work directly with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to implement behavior intervention plans
Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Support individuals in daily activities and routines
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Provide direct patient care and assistance as needed
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Skills:

Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
Strong data collection and documentation skills
Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate support
Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
