    Description

    JONATHAN BROOKS is searching for a motivated individual to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear goals in mind. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in our field and are looking for someone to contribute to our continued success. The main responsibilities of this role include managing existing business clients, exploring new business opportunities, overseeing team performance, and guiding new team members through our processes. As you excel in your role, you will have the opportunity to advance to the position of Agency Director, utilizing our established systems and methods. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities in the B2B sector
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor new team members on our systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using our CRM system
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational and attention to detail
    • Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting others and building strong relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement desire
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and access to personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before potential promotion
