Case Manager Director

Requirements:


  • Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Degree (MD) or (DO) and currently licensed to practice without restriction in the State of California or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • BLS, Case Manager Certificate

$5,628.00 per week
