    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize project work, from simple activities to more complex plans. The contractor will be remote but might be required to come to Boulders (7325 Beaufont Springs Drive Richmond, VA for meetings a couple of times per month.

    Contract date: 05/28/ /31/2024

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Working closely with our Project Management team to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Maintaining project documentation, along with administrative duties.
    • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    At least 3 years of experience in the following:

    • 3 year of excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
    • 5 years of Project Management experience
    • Communication and Interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail, scheduling, time management
    • Technical Experience/Expertise
    • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
