What will you do?

Become a crucial link in the logistics chain: You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the warehouse - from receiving goods to storage and shipping to individual EDEKA and beverage markets. You will handle logistical processes and ensure they are closely coordinated. Effective teamwork is essential for this. Your world also extends beyond the warehouse boundaries, as you must coordinate with colleagues from preceding and subsequent functional areas.

You receive and inspect goods deliveries
You systematically store goods
You conduct inventory checks and implement inventory maintenance measures
You allocate goods and assemble them into loading units
You secure, load, and stow shipments in transport vehicles according to accompanying documents
You use and maintain your work and handling equipment
You utilize internal information and communication systems
You create loading lists and plans
You process shipping and accompanying documents and participate in tour planning
You will learn all tasks of warehouse logistics
You carry out planning and organizational processes
You will learn about the most efficient loading of goods shipments
You optimize the use of work and handling equipment in terms of planning, organization, and monitoring
