Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents according to established procedures
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in document management systems
- Ensure documents are properly labeled, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary documentation for projects or audits
- Conduct quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the development and implementation of document management processes and procedures
- Support the creation of technical documents, including manuals, reports, and presentations
- Proofread documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and formatting
- Assist with records management activities, including retention schedules and disposal processes
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Document Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and practices
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with technical writing principles is preferred
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of quality management systems is a plus
