As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a dispatcher (m/f/d) for material management for our renowned client in Marienberg.

The position is initially limited to 9 months with the possibility of permanent employment.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Checking orders and entering them into the current system
  • Issuing order confirmations and checking capacities
  • Initiating and updating material disposition and monitoring
  • Creating work documents
  • Ensuring customer delivery dates are met
  • Initiating and monitoring freight orders Your profile:
  • Parttime position (hours/week)
  • Commercial training or experience in the field of dispatching
  • Proficient in using computers and common office applications
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarize oneself with new tasks
  • Teamwork and reliability.
