The Schwarz Campus Service department provides services related to the construction and management of real estate, including its equipment, rental, and operation.

It is also responsible for organizing and hosting events, including providing event spaces and marketing them.

The Customer Services & Management (CSM) department serves as the central service provider for commercial, project-related, and organizational matters for the internal and external customers of Schwarz Campus Service GmbH & Co.

KG (SCS).

As part of the CSM, the "Innovation & Marketing" team aims to create relevant added value for the education campus and its guests.
