Construction Project Manager
Are you a hardworking individual with approximately 7-10 years of construction experience, looking to take your career to the next level? Experience in construction is mandatory, and any prior experience in project management is a definite plus. If you're knowledgeable in Word and Excel, have reliable transportation, and possess basic customer service skills, this opportunity might be your pathway to becoming a Construction Project Manager.
Duties:
- Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Learn to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Gain proficiency in reviewing and interpreting project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and budgetary goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Develop essential customer service skills by interacting directly with clients and subcontractors.
- Manage project documentation, including licenses and change orders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Approximately 710 years of construction experience (mandatory), with experience in project management considered a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic customer service skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

$ $35.00 per hour
