- Executed a variety of on-site initiatives that had serious results for ecommerce clients across multiple verticals

- Defined, led and drove CRO roadmaps and initiatives with effective on-site strategy
- Oversaw the creation and experimentation of creatives and brand content, providing meaningful feedback
- Own the ecommerce & web strategy for brands, with the goal of growth and maximizing CVR & AOV. You'll work to constantly optimize the customer journey and KPIs as defined in your strategy
- Manage product listings & changes in the Shopify backend, recommending high value apps
- Manage a team of Developers when needed to assist in execution and implementation of site initiatives
- Plan and implement an ecommerce strategy which aids in achieving company-wide growth goals
- Strategize and execute eCommerce activities across all digital channels
- Manage website, site navigation, roadmap, and enhancements to optimize customer experience
- Work with designers to continually improve UX/UI & design, providing meaningful direction and effective briefs to translate client needs & wants into actionable items
- 5+ years of relevant experience with DTC eCommerce and web platforms (Shopify Plus preferred)
- Have a deep understanding of digital ecosystem
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Optimize
- Experience tracking, analyzing & interpreting eCommerce KPIs (savvy with numbers)
- Ability to incorporate brand / visual design into a brand's growth strategy
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize eCommerce sites & stores
- Action-oriented with a "roll up your sleeves approach"
- Strong strategy and analytics skills
- A desire to get your hands dirty in a small company where your work matters
- Startup scaling experience a plus
- Klaviyo experience is a plus
- Ability to manage relationships with founders being client-facing
- Knowledge of online media, brand marketing, marketing strategy, creative best practices, and have the ability to be creative with audio and digital client solutions, a plus

Description
As a Digital Strategist on the Ecommerce team, you will design & execute ecommerce strategy aimed at improving KPIs & store performance, manage on-site development initiatives & be a key part of larger web development projects. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience with digital strategy and web design - a strong understanding of brand positioning, UX/UI, digital best practices, CRO, performance metrics and experience working within the Shopify ecosystem. You will act as an outsourced ecommerce manager for many different brands. You must have the ability to identify high-leverage opportunities for ecommerce brands that help to maximize growth on-site. You'll serve as a valuable partner to our DTC clients, helping them improve store performance and on-site experience - from optimizing UX/UI to defining brand positioning & optimizing user journeys. You are creatively minded, strategic and data-driven. You love DTC brands, are passionate about growing them and have a finger on the digital pulse of what brands are doing now.
