    Job Description
    • Develop and optimize CNC programs to efficiently produce machined parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
    • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand part geometry, dimensions, and tolerances.
    • Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and tool paths to achieve desired part features and surface finish.
    • Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to ensure CNC programs meet production requirements and quality standards.
    • Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to resolve machining issues and optimize cycle times.
    • Implement safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment around CNC machines.
    • Maintain documentation and records of CNC programs, tooling setups, and machining processes.
    • Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices in CNC programming and machining technologies.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing processes.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to provide updates on project status, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
    Company DescriptionBe able to safely operate all equipment in the plant. This includes operating molding, printing, and auxiliary equipment.
    To have working knowledge of all facility support equipment including operation/maintenance of mechanical rooms. This includes pumps, chillers, towers, dryers, material systems and other associated equipment.
    To have solid troubleshooting skills on all equipment in the plant. This shall include a methodical approach to troubleshooting common problems on machinery.
    Proven skills in the following areas are required-Electrical, Mechanical, Fabrication, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC's and Machining.
    Higher level education preferred such as tech schools and college coursework. Other technical training that is desired are skills in thermal imaging, vibration analysis, oil analysis and other predictive methods to maintaining equipment.
    Be able to adapt to changes in the work environment and prioritize job demands.
    Be flexible as requested by the department supervisor/lead to changing job requirements, including occasional overtime needs and work-shift schedules to support work activities or for covering other employee vacations/absences.
    Be able to maintain good attendance and punctuality.
    Support housekeeping and hygiene policies as well as follow GMP, SQF and other company policies and protocols.
    Have the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and prioritize job demands.
    Be flexible as requested by the department supervisor/lead to changing job requirements, including occasional overtime needs and work-shift schedules to support work activities or for covering other employee vacations/absences.
    Participate in all company sponsored training activities, including, on the job training which is primarily conducted Monday - Friday during the day.
    Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
