La Perla, a luxury Italian lingerie company, is seeking a Minijober Sales Associate to join our team at our Alsterhaus Concession in Hamburg, Menomonie, WI from May to July 2023.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to achieving store targets.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering a high standard of customer experience.
  • Reflect the glamorous and luxurious brand image through personal grooming, attitude, and behavior.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the product, including materials, construction, care, and design, to provide knowledgeable customer service.
  • Represent the brand at promotional events and activities.
  • Offer ideas and suggestions to improve boutique performance.
  • Strive to achieve key performance indicators to increase store performance and reach targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and organization.
  • Attend and participate in store meetings and training events.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Salesdriven.
  • Team player.
  • Detailoriented.
  • Able to work 43 hours per month.
  • Available to start in May 2023.
