    Job Description:

    Apex Systems is seeking to hire an ONSITE Product Development Project Manager for a client based in Hagerstown, MD. This role is expected to be a 12-month contract with potential for extension. Please note that the duration is not guaranteed by Apex Systems. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, first shift.

    Responsibilities:
    • Establish time plan for Aftermarket deliveries to support industrialization process
    • Ensure alignment between technology product streams and Vehicle development teams for Aftermarket scope
    • Review and define Project/Introblock scope, including Aftermarket readiness
    • Monitor and ensure work is executed and documented as per plan and agreed scope
    • Ensure proper functional testing and validation according to Aftermarket standards
    • Provide Aftermarket insights on feasibility solutions and cost impact assessment
    • Manage Aftermarket deliverables such as spare parts, service information, special tools, diagnostic capabilities, fault tracing, SWDL capabilities, and maintenance cost for product evolutions within Vehicle and Powertrain scope


    Experience:
    • Minimum BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience
    • At least 5 years of product development/Project management experience
    • Preferably Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
    • Experience with Agile/SAFe Framework
    • Knowledge of vehicle development and vehicles product
    • Prior experience in Aftermarket business and Auto Industry is a plus
