Responsibilities

  • Customer service: Processing of customer orders in various SAP systems (CEP, P08, PLE) for all export flows of the Frankfurt Distribution Platform (DPFRA).
  • Conducting demand analyses with various supply planning tools (M2, Kinaxis, ADS).
  • Planning and management of transportation: Continuous coordination with internal interfaces within DPFRA (Operational Distribution, Quality) as well as external stakeholders (customers, planning hubs, plant quality, demand management, transporters, customs).
  • Generation of transport and export documentation.
