A reputable hospital in Connecticut is searching for a Nurse Supervisor to oversee its Behavioral Health Unit.

In this role, you will coordinate and direct the daily activities within the department, oversee the clinical team, and ensure quality patient care is always being delivered.

Responsibilities:


  • Report to the Director of Nursing and oversee clinical nursing care.
  • Coordinate and direct the daily activities of the Behavioral Health Unit.
  • Round in the unit and provide oversight and guidance to staff.
  • Orient and train employees.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal quality standards.

Qualifications:


  • A BSN is preferred.
  • Active RN License.
  • 1+ years of Behavioral Health experience is required.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience is required.

Additional info:


  • Fulltime, permanent position
  • 36 hours/week; evening and day rotation.
  • Pay:
$55-60/hr., depending on experience + differentials.
