Our team in Washington DC is looking for a
Administrative Assistant Part-time (M/F)
If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about providing administrative support, this might be the opportunity you've been looking for
Responsibilities
***- Welcome customers and visitors.

  • Assist with basic accounting activities, including invoicing and expense management.
  • Cost controll, billing match vendor invoices to statements in preparation for payment.
  • Onboardign of new employees and HR support
  • Manage appointment schedules and organize meetings.
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle company documents effectively and efficiently.
  • General office management and organization of travel for the whole team.
  • Organization of events and field exhibitions.
  • Maintain discretion in handling confidential information.

Requirement

  • Previous experience in administrative or related roles preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and comunication skills
  • Collaborative, teamorientated approach with flexibility
